I collaborate with emerging to middle-aged adults who may be experiencing:
Anxiety, depression, life transitions, career/work stressors, self-esteem, relational issues, trauma recovery, stress management, familial conflict, identity exploration, interpersonal challenges, people-pleasing behaviors, boundaries… Just to name a few!

  • With an eclectic toolkit of therapeutic modalities, I draw on a variety of techniques to best meet the unique needs of each client:

    Emotion-Focused Therapy helps clients process emotions and develop healthier emotional responses, while Alongside this, I also use Solution-Focused Therapy to identify practical solutions and leverage existing strengths. To deepen emotional awareness, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy combines mindfulness with cognitive techniques to enhance present-moment awareness and challenge negative thought patterns.

    I also integrate Internal Family Systems, which explores the different "parts" of the self, promoting healing and self-compassion. By working with different aspects of themselves, clients can uncover underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be contributing to current struggles. As needed, somatic techniques help clients tune into physical sensations, facilitating emotional processing.
